James Craumer

Senior Instructional Designer at U.S. Coast Guard

James Craumer is an accomplished Senior Instructional Designer at the U.S. Coast Guard since February 2009, with extensive experience in the field of instructional design and performance improvement. In addition to their role at the Coast Guard, Craumer has served as Past President of the Armed Forces Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) since December 2004. From 2005 to 2011, Craumer held the position of Educational Committee Co-Chair at ISPI and was an active member of the CPC. Craumer also served as Past Chair of the CPC for the International Society for Performance Improvement from 2006 to 2008. Educationally, Craumer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2001 and 2005.
