Robert Headley

Robert Headley is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and leadership, currently serving as the Assistant Operations Officer for the Maritime Safety and Security Team in San Francisco since January 2013. In this role, Robert has been responsible for the safety and compliance of crew during classified missions and has contributed to the development of a Training Program impacting 40 crewmen. Prior experience includes officiating professional baseball games as a Minor League Baseball Umpire from 2016 to 2017. Robert holds a Master of Science degree from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Teacher Education from San José State University, along with an Associate of Arts from Las Positas College.
