Kenneth Willis

Kenneth Willis has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kenneth has worked at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since 2011, starting as an Information Technology Specialist in Information Security and later serving as the Supervisory Information Technology Specialist and currently as the Lead Information Technology Specialist. Prior to this, they worked at QinetiQ North America, where they held various positions such as the Regional Lead Network Engineer and Team Lead Network Engineer. Kenneth has also worked as a Senior Network Administrator at Hudson Global Resources, the Network Manager at Henderson Independent School District, and the Director Of Information Systems at Tyler Jet LLC. Kenneth's earlier roles include Assistant Network Administrator at Lindsey Morden Claims Services, Help Desk Technician at Marathon Oil Corporation, and Help Desk Technician/Student Assistant at Tyler Junior College.

Kenneth Willis earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Science Network Technologies from Tyler Junior College from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, they obtained several certifications, including ITIL Foundation, PMP (Project Management Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), and CNE (Certified Novell Engineer), NetWare 5 & 4.11.
