Alan Greilsamer

Alan Greilsamer is an experienced communications and information technology executive with a strong background in both public service and private sector consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Executive for EHRM Communications at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Alan has held numerous leadership roles, including Deputy Chief Information Officer and Acting Chief of Staff at the Office of Information and Technology. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Communications Consultant at High Performance Technologies, Inc., Vice President at Communications Resources, LLC, Director of Communications at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, and Director of Internet Communications at the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. Alan holds a Master of Arts in Journalism/Public Affairs from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Delaware.
