Alford Bell

Alford Bell, Jr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program analysis and management within various government agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since September 2021, Bell previously held the position of Deputy Manager for Business Admin Support Services at the U.S. Forest Service. Bell's earlier career at USDA spanned nearly 14 years, during which time Bell fulfilled multiple roles, including Management and Program Analyst in both the Performance, Accountability, and Risk Division and the Management & Strategy Division, as well as Insurance Management Specialist and Account Executive in the Risk Management Services Division. Alford Bell, Jr. holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Extension and Education/Agronomy and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Information and Science/Leadership, both from Mississippi State University.
