Bronwyn Emmet

Bronwyn Emmet has extensive experience in strategic communication and outreach, notably as the Director of the National Veterans Outreach Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from February 2008 to November 2023. In this role, Bronwyn led initiatives to educate Congress and stakeholders on VA benefits and services, enhancing outreach efforts and customer experience. Prior to this, Bronwyn managed the successful #ExploreVA digital outreach campaign, engaging millions of visitors, and oversaw the production of educational content for VHA employees. Bronwyn's background also includes roles as a producer and writer for National Geographic and ABC News, as well as producing content for CBS News Productions. Bronwyn is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Military Strategic Studies at the U.S. Naval War College and holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
