Kevin L. Freeman

Kevin L. Freeman currently serves as the Chief of Pharmacy Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs since July 2012. Prior to this role, Kevin L. Freeman held positions as Assistant Chief of Pharmacy Service and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist/Residency Program Director. In academia, Kevin L. Freeman has been an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center since September 2000. Kevin L. Freeman also acted as Interim Deputy Chief of Staff at the Memphis VA Medical Center in early 2017 and has experience as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with the Veterans Health Administration.
