Madeline Gibson

Madeline Gibson is a highly skilled professional with a robust background in food safety, quality assurance, and engineering. Currently serving as a Dietetic Intern at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since August 2024, Madeline previously worked at Olli Salumeria from May 2021 to July 2024, where contributions included maintaining high SQF food safety audit scores, training over 150 employees on food allergens and GMPs, and managing label approvals for numerous products. Prior experience includes roles at Tate & Lyle, where capital projects were designed to enhance plant operations and safety, and internships at NASA, Flowers Foods, and Bush Brothers & Company, focusing on food technology and quality assurance. Madeline holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
