Justin Tilley

Justin Tilley serves as the Chief Legal Officer at U.S. Dermatology Partners since June 2019. Prior to this role, Justin was involved as a member of the Emerging Leader Board at Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law from November 2017 to July 2023. Justin's legal career includes significant positions such as Deputy General Counsel at Steward Health Care and General Counsel for NorthStar Anesthesia, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing litigation matters, negotiating agreements, and providing legal guidance on corporate governance and regulatory affairs. Previous experience also includes roles at Baylor Scott & White Health as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, and corporate counsel positions at AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group and Stewart Stimmel LLP. Justin holds an LL.M. in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law, along with a BA in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
