Heather Seminelli

Heather Seminelli, Ed.D., currently serves as the Strategic Analysis Branch Chief at NORAD & US Northern Command since December 2023. Prior to this role, Heather was a Development Manager at Deloitte from February 2022 to November 2023, focusing on strategic planning and communications. Experience also includes serving as Assistant Director of Communications and Assessment at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where significant achievements included the library's recognition as Federal Large Library of the Year for FY18. Heather's military background encompasses roles as a Brigade Aviation Officer and Platoon Leader, demonstrating leadership and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from Vanderbilt Peabody College and multiple advanced degrees in engineering and library sciences, complemented by a Tillman Scholar designation.
