Peter C. Foster

Peter C. Foster is an experienced Space Officer and Joint SOCOM, Space, and Cyber Planner at U.S. Space Command since July 2023, demonstrating expertise in ground, cyber, and space operations. Prior to this role, Peter served as the Executive Officer and Cyberspace Officer for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Battalion and held various leadership positions within the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2023, including Executive Officer for the 3d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and Communications Officer. Additionally, Peter was a Regional Manager at EVO Merchant Services, achieving recognition as the youngest in the company's history, and served as a Crisis Counselor at KidsPeace. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Marshall University, a Master’s degree in Military Studies from Marine Corps University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
