Brett Sand

Brett Sand is a seasoned finance professional with extensive management experience in the banking and credit union sectors. Currently serving as Finance Operations Manager at U.S. Venture, Inc., since December 2024, Brett previously held the position of Branch Manager 2 at CoVantage Credit Union from August 2023 to November 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Retail Banking at a Wisconsin-based bank, where Brett led a team of 30 employees and achieved a 10% increase in deposit balances, and Vice President/Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Brett expanded branch assets significantly. Brett's career also includes roles at Huntington National Bank, Horizon Bank, Guaranteed Rate, and as a Personal Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co., being recognized as a National Achiever in 2011. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Colorado State University Global.
