Teresa Salamone

Teresa Salamone has over 20 years of experience in marketing and analytics. Teresa began their career in 1997 as a Marketing Assistant at American Express. In 1998, they moved to iGate-Symphoni as a Marketing Specialist, where they edited resumes and wrote technical documents, help content, and case studies. In 2003, they became a Marketing Manager at Carnegie Learning, where they managed all activities relating to print and web marketing. In 2005, Teresa was recruited as a Senior Web Content Administrator at Eaton Corp., where they managed the entire email marketing program and oversaw SEO operations. Teresa then moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2009 as a Marketing Automation/Email Marketer, where they optimized email marketing outcomes. In the same year, they joined Hancock County Humane Foundation as a Board Member, where they managed all marketing activities for the non-profit organization. In 2013, Teresa became the Director of Digital Marketing at Xpressbet, where they oversaw all online marketing activities. In 2014, they were hired as a Manager, Statistics and Insights at Best Friends Animal Society, where they collaborated with key decision makers and implementation teams to drive success for campaigns and organizational strategy. In 2021, Teresa joined Interior Define as a Customer Insights Analyst, where they worked with marketing and other teams to identify data requirements and analytical objectives. Most recently, in 2023, they became the Senior Manager, Quantitative Research at U30 Group.

Teresa Salamone received their MBA in Marketing from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies in 2003. Teresa previously earned their BS in Photographic Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1993.
