Jim Deplonty

Jim DePlonty is an accomplished Engineering Manager at UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the launch of components for the Chevrolet Camaro convertible roof system and sun roof components for the Tesla Model S. Additionally, Jim serves as Tool Room Manager at Whitehall Industries since September 2009. Prior experience includes a role as Product Engineering Supervisor at Dura Automotive from 2006 to 2008, managing designers and product engineers in mechanical assemblies and overseeing the DVP&R test lab and prototype development profit center. Jim holds an MBA from Lawrence Technological University (2009-2011) and a BS MET in Mechanical Engineering from Lake Superior State University (1986-1990).
