Donna Wesley

Donna Wesley has a diverse work experience in the financial and treasury management field. Donna has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Starting from 1995, Donna worked at DaimlerChrysler, where they served as a Financial Specialist for the Supply division. Donna provided financial guidance to the senior leadership team and implemented processes to track cost savings and facilitate strategic financial decision-making. Donna also worked as a Controller for the Legal Staff, overseeing financial matters related to the office of the general counsel.

In 2000, Donna became the Manager of Treasury Settlements & Administration at DaimlerChrysler, where they managed the trade confirmation process and had financial oversight for a large debt portfolio. Donna also took on the role of Manager of Financial Control & Purchasing, where they managed expenses related to parts processing and movement, identified cost reduction opportunities, and developed RFPs.

In 2007, they joined Chrysler Financial as the Manager of Treasury Administration & Systems. In this role, they built and implemented back-office processes, managed the back-office team, and oversaw trade confirmation and settlement, bank account administration, and treasury system management.

Donna then moved to the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust in 2009 and took on the role of Senior Manager of Financial Analysis and Treasury. Donna played a vital role in the establishment of the trust's financial analysis and treasury organization and was responsible for cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, and health care analytics.

Currently, Donna works as the Director of Financial Analysis, Treasury and Risk Management at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust. Donna oversees financial reporting, health care analytics, and treasury functions for the trust, which provides health care benefits for UAW retirees from GM, Ford, and Chrysler.

Donna Wesley has a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. Donna also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
