Global Head, Customer Success & Account Management at Uberall

Laurence Capdeville has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked for Citi as a VP in multi-asset structuring. From 2012 to 2015, they were involved in seed stage start-ups, holding leadership positions. In 2015, they joined AppNexus as a Senior Manager of Solution Engineering in EMEA, where they built and led the solution engineering function. In 2017, they became the Director of Product Solutions & Professional Services at AppNexus, responsible for commercializing the Xandr Invest platform. From 2019 to 2020, Laurence worked at Via as the Global Head of Customer Success, managing account management, customer support, and consulting teams. Currently, they are employed at Uberall, where they have held the role of Vice President of Customer Success and is now the Global Head of Customer Success & Account Management.

Laurence Capdeville obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2003. Prior to that, Laurence completed a Bacalaureat in Mathematics from La Rochefoucauld - Lycée. Following this, Laurence pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from ESCP Business School, which was completed between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, Laurence also attained a Master in Mathematics with a focus on Data Science from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which was completed between 1999 and 2006.
