Manager, Customer Success at Uberflip

Bianca Tassone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

From 2021 to the present, they have been working at Uberflip. Bianca started as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and later became a Team Lead for the Customer Success Manager team. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Customer Success.

Prior to joining Uberflip, Bianca owned and founded Sweet B's Baked Goods from 2019 to 2021.

From 2021 to 2021, they worked as a Client Success Manager at Versapay.

In 2017, Bianca joined TouchBistro where they held various roles over the years. Bianca started as a Menu Specialist before transitioning to a Professional Services Specialist. Bianca then became an Implementation Consultant and eventually worked as a Team Lead and Manager for the Professional Services department. Some of their notable achievements include implementing TouchBistro for Gordon Ramsay's show and achieving high customer satisfaction scores.

Before TouchBistro, they worked as a Garde Manger and Pastry Chef at Bar Begonia from 2016 to 2017.

Bianca also gained sales experience working as a Sales Representative/Membership Advisor at Equinox from 2015 to 2016 and as a Key Holder and Sales Representative at Koodo Mobile from 2013 to 2014.

Bianca started their career as a Pantry Chef at St. George's Golf and Country Club from 2011 to 2013.

Bianca Tassone pursued their post-secondary education from 2010 to 2014 at the University of Guelph, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree with a focus on Marketing Management. Bianca then decided to further their skills in the culinary field and enrolled at George Brown College in 2016, undertaking a program in Culinary Skills/Chef Training. Prior to their college and university experience, Bianca obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) from Richview Collegiate between 2006 and 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Bianca has also acquired some certifications to enhance their professional capabilities. In January 2013, they obtained the Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario. Later, in July 2016, they received a Food Safety Certification from TrainCan, Inc.
