Kristina Kuleshoff has a diverse work experience in customer success management and modeling. Kristina started their career in 2011 as a model at Elmer Olsen Model Management, where they worked until October 2014. After that, they joined Ciotti Model Management as a model, collaborating with various brands and promoting luxury brands in print publications. In 2017, Kristina transitioned to the tech industry and joined #paid as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they focused on improving customer retention rates, enhancing customer onboarding processes, and analyzing data-driven success metrics. Kristina also contributed to the engineering team's efforts in enhancing the SaaS platform's features.
