Katya Calderón

Katya Calderón has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Katya currently holds the position of Senior Director in the People Team at Ubiquity, where they are responsible for leading the team in Latin America. Prior to this role, they served as the People Team Director for the same region. Before joining Ubiquity, Katya was the Human Resources Director for El Salvador and an HR Manager at the same company. Katya also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at TexOps, Textiles Opico SA de CV and as a Human Resources Generalist at TELUS International. Katya started their career at Grupo Corporativo Remor, where they served as the Coordinador Departamento Tesorería y Seguros for five years.

Katya Calderón obtained a Diploma in High Management from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' in 2008. In 2017, they attended ISEADE - FEPADE to study Human Resources. From 2003 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Administration and Management from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
