Stephen Jelley has over 30 years of work experience in the sales industry. Stephen began their career in 1988 as a Sales Representative for Kraft Foods Group. In 1992, they became an Account Manager DIY for Homelux Trent & 3M Distributor. From 1996 to 2006, they were a National Account Manager & IKAM for Philips Lighting. From 2006 to 2008, they were a B&Q National Account Manager for Honeywell. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Tesco European Account Manager for GE Lighting. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Country Sales Manager UK & Ireland for Dunlop Protective Footwear. Since 2017, they have been the Global Head of Sales for RootWave, a company that aims to improve the environment by offering a viable organic alternative to chemical herbicides.

Stephen Jelley attended The Institute of Sales Management (ISM) from 1987-1988, where they obtained an ISM degree in the field of Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
