Pauline Michel

Pauline MICHEL is currently the Group Talent Development Director at Ubisoft, where responsibilities include overseeing performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent reviews, internal mobility, and onboarding at the group level since July 2014. Pauline has held several key positions within Ubisoft, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Mobility, leading significant recruitment efforts and campus management initiatives. Prior to Ubisoft, experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half International and a Recruitment Resourcer at Cornwallis Elt and Michael Page Executive Search. Pauline holds a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School and has a background in human resources from an HR Assistant position at IBM.
