Ali Effat

Ali Effat has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries.

In 2023, Ali joined ubitricity in a Sales Management position.

Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Ali worked as a Senior Team Manager at Concentrix. In this role, they led a team, supported their professional development, conducted call-coaching training sessions, and provided feedback to agents on their performance.

From 2016 to 2020, Ali worked at Teleperformance Egypt in multiple roles. Ali started as a Contact Center Agent and later progressed to become a Subject Matter Expert, Contact Center Supervisor, and finally Assistant Contact Center Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, supported and motivated supervisors, ensured adherence to company policies, and generated action plans for key performance indicators.

In 2010, Ali worked as an intern at GUPCO, and in 2009, they had a similar intern role at Khalda Petroleum Company (Apache).

Ali Effat has a diverse education history. Ali completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Digitalisierung (Industrial Engineering - Digitalization) at Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg starting in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in petroleum and petrochemical engineering from Cairo University, which they attended from 2006 to 2013. Their education journey began at Port Said International School, where they received a General Secondary Certificate (High School Degree) with a focus on Maths Section, covering the period from 1994 to 2006.

In addition to their academic degrees, Ali Effat has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Ali obtained the Telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule certification from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates in September 2022. In July 2020, they became a Certified Lean Expert through training provided by Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE). Furthermore, they earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in August 2020.
