Tarun Kaza

Tarun Kaza has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Tarun began their career as a Software Developer at Kaza Industrial Corporation in 2013, where they digitized the stock maintenance system using C++. In 2015, they worked as a Purchase Officer, conducting market research and evaluating supplier proposals. Tarun then moved on to a role as a Line Improvement Supervisor in 2017, where they analyzed cycle times and implemented strategies to reduce them, resulting in a 12% reduction in cycle time and a decrease in the number of operations.

In 2018, Tarun worked as a Marketing and Operations Intern at Cook'n With Class Uzès, where they created content for marketing campaigns, scheduled social media and email marketing, and improved the company website. Tarun then joined Allianz Worldwide Partners in 2019 as a Product Owner, overseeing the deployment of a global roadside assistance web application in multiple countries. At Allianz Partners, they served as a member of the OneClaim product owner team from 2020 to 2021, where they significantly increased the e-claim ratio from 8% to 50%.

Currently, Tarun is working at ubitricity as a Product Manager, starting in 2022.

Tarun Kaza completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College Of Engineering in the years 2013 to 2017. Following this, from 2017 to 2020, they attended emlyon business school, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. In addition, Tarun obtained a certification in "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google in October 2021.
