Barbara Epprecht-Kaiser

Barbara Epprecht-Kaiser is an attorney-at-law and board member with extensive expertise in digital transformation and digital products. They have profound knowledge in data governance, Swiss and European data protection law, and various legal domains including contract, information technology, and intellectual property law. Their past roles include auditor at the Bezirksgericht Bülach and associate at Homburger, among other legal positions. Barbara has also undertaken substantial academic roles as a research assistant at both the University of St. Gallen and the University of Zurich, and they hold a Master of Law from the University of Zurich as well as an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Boston University.
