Keith Grindstaff

Keith Grindstaff is the Head of GWM US Investment Management and Digital Solutions Legal at UBS, where they currently oversee legal matters for the firm. Previously, Grindstaff served as Executive Director and Corporate Counsel at UBS and held various legal roles, including Director and Corporate Counsel at Charles Schwab, Lead Counsel at Great-West Financial, and Associate at Sherman & Howard. Grindstaff began their legal career as Chief Deputy Commissioner at the Indiana Securities Division and has extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory matters. They hold a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a B.S. with honors from Ball State University.
