Engr. Joebert Bance

Engr. Joebert Bance started their work experience in 2014 at Cablelink Inc as a Headend Engineer. Engr. Joebert then joined Accenture in the same year and held various roles including Software Engineer, Scrum Master, Agilist/Scrum Master, and Quality Assurance Test Lead. Engr. Joebert'stenure at Accenture lasted until April 2022. Currently, they are working at UBX as a Senior Scrum Master starting in April 2022.

Engr. Joebert Bance completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of San Agustín, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In March 2014, they became a Registered Electronics Engineer through the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP), Inc. Engr. Joebert also obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in July 2020 and the Scaled Agile Practitioner certification from Scrum.org in February 2020. Furthermore, they completed courses such as "Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master" and "Managing Your Personal Finances" on LinkedIn in September 2020. Engr. Joebert has also engaged in additional training such as "Agile Professional: Scrum Master" through Accenture and "Agile Project Management and Agile Delivery (AgileKB)" on Udemy. Engr. Joebert has expressed interest in obtaining certifications in Agile methodologies, such as Scaled Agile (SAFe), from Scrum.org.
