Harsha Nagaraja is currently the MD & VP of Engineering at Ubyon, a company providing easy and secure networking among application teams and services across public/private clouds and DC. Before joining Ubyon, Harsha worked at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, for over 15 years, leading software engineering teams as a Senior Director and Software Engineering Manager. Harsha also worked as a Software Engineer at Aruba, where they designed and implemented security features and cryptographic suites for control plane/data plane. Previously, Harsha worked at SS8 Networks as a Software Engineer, where they designed multi-threaded data storage access infrastructure and developed Role Based Access Control mechanisms. Harsha started their career as an Intern at iReady and later as a Student Intern at Central Food Technological Research Institute.

Harsha Nagaraja - I'M HIRING has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University, which they earned between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, between 1994 and 1998, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology from Sri Jayachamarajendra College Of Engineering.
