John Skidgel

John Skidgel has over 25 years of experience in design and product management, starting from their role as a designer at Terry Swack Design and Associates in 1995. John has held senior positions at large companies like Google and Adobe, as well as smaller startups such as Radar Networks and Ubyon. Skidgel's most recent position was as Head of Design at Ubyon, where they managed the UX design and research while also providing creative input in industrial design. Prior to this, they were Vice President of Product Design and Brand at Stockwell and Head of Design at Digit. Throughout their career, Skidgel has held various roles such as staff user experience designer, senior product designer, and information architect while also developing their skills in front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript, and Python.

John Skidgel attended Bowdoin College from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art. In 1993, they attended the Rhode Island School of Design for one year, studying Graphic Design.
