Duru Sacinti

Duru Sacinti is a dedicated professional with a robust background in sustainability, event planning, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Commercial Activities Associate at the Office of the President for the Associated Students of the University of California and as a Community Engagement Coordinator for Housing and Dining Sustainability, Duru focuses on promoting sustainable practices among students. Experience includes co-chairing the Chancellor's Advisory Committee on Sustainability's DEIJ Working Group at the University of California, Berkeley, following a fellowship at the Office of Sustainability. Duru's diverse roles span strategic planning and business development, research on climate resiliency, and student leadership in various capacities, supported by a strong academic foundation in Environmental Economics & Policy and Data Science.
