Melinda Beccari Hamilton

Postdoctoral Fellow at UC San Diego

Melinda Beccari Hamilton, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow at UC San Diego, with a solid background in human/medical genetics. Melinda holds a Master’s degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, obtained in 2015, as well as a Bachelor's and Teaching degree in Biological Sciences from the same institution, completed in 2012. Previous experience includes serving as a research assistant and lab manager at Brigham Young University, along with a master's student and intern at the Human Genome and Stem Cell Research Center at the University of São Paulo. Melinda also contributed to the organization of the Biology Week at the Biosciences Institute of the University of São Paulo.
