Vadim Bakman

Vadim Bakman has extensive experience in the field of data quality analysis and testing. Vadim is currently working as a Data Quality Lead at UCare since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Principal Data Quality Analyst on Optum Data Lake from January 2014 to September 2022. Vadim also served as a Sr. Data QA Analyst at The Lacek Group for a brief period in 2013 and at Capella University from the start of the year until June 2013.

In addition, Vadim has held roles at various other organizations such as Best Buy, Prime Therapeutics, Cargill, Ingenix, Medica, and WF. At Best Buy, they worked as a Data Warehouse Analyst, where they implemented new techniques for data inspection and quality verification. At Ingenix, they served as an IT QA Lead/Manager and introduced automation to improve processes and save costs. Before that, they were a Data Warehouse Testing Team Lead at Medica and WF, where they led large-scale testing projects and managed teams of testers and system engineers.

Vadim Bakman completed an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Ulyanovsk State Technical University in 1989. Vadim then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computers and Digital Analysis from Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology (Technical University) from 1989 to 1990. Later, in 1997 to 1998, they attended Sivan - Computer College where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
