Jill Cavanagh

Jill Cavanagh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director/Global Quality Lead in GMP Auditing and Compliance at UCB since July 2022, Jill has previously held key roles at Zogenix, Inc., Kite Pharma, Inc., and Gradalis, among others. With a background that includes managing quality systems, compliance audits, and inspection readiness, Jill has demonstrated expertise in ensuring adherence to global cGMP regulations. Jill's qualifications are supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
