Mark Rojas is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and dining operations. Currently serving as the Senior Retail Director at Morrison Healthcare since June 2022, Mark oversees a renovated 250-seat Bundy Dining Room, focusing on providing a full-service experience for guests, patients, and Mayo staff. Previous roles include General Manager at Medure Culinary Concepts, the Chart House under Landry's, as well as several leadership positions at Carrabba's Italian Grill, Shula's Bar & Grill, TGI Fridays, Chili's, and The Cheesecake Factory. Mark holds a degree from Marshall University.
