Maneesh Manikandan

Maneesh Manikandan is an experienced Facility Engineer currently working at UCWF Facilities Management since April 2023, responsible for optimal usage of manpower and overseeing building operations at Jumeirah Village Circle. Prior to this role, Maneesh served as Shift In Charge at Dubai International Airports with Serco from October 2021 to March 2023, where tasks included managing shift operations and maintenance of MEP systems. Maneesh also held the position of Electrical Engineer at EFS Facilities Services Group from June 2018 to September 2020, focusing on installation and maintenance duties within electrical systems. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as an Engineering Trainee at JSE Engineering Pvt Ltd in May 2018. Maneesh holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IES College of Engineering in India, completed in March 2018.
