Emir Güney

Emir Güney is a seasoned academic and professional in the fields of sports law and management. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Kadir Has University in both the Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Law, Emir also holds the position of Director at the Sports Studies Research Centre. As a UEFA Football Law Programme Local Coordinator and Scientific Committee Member, Emir has contributed to multiple editions of UEFA’s educational initiatives. Additional roles include serving as a Delegate for the Turkish Basketball Federation, a FIFA Football Agent, and a Sports Governance Consultant for KECO Legal. Emir's editorial responsibilities extend to being the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of 10'un Yeri Spor Bülteni and participating as an Arbitrator in the Sports Arbitration Moot competition. Educational qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Global & International Affairs from Binghamton University and Boğaziçi University, a Master's in Management and Organisation from Marmara University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Management at Kadir Has University.
