Nikolai Anishchenko has a diverse range of work experience in the field of safety and security operations for major sports events. Nikolai started their career in 2015 as the Head of Venues Services&Infrastructure Unit for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Local Organising Committee. Nikolai then worked as a Broadcast Venue Manager for the Asian Games 2019 and the Asian Cup 2019 with IGBS and Lagardère respectively. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Technical Manager for Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk with SportProducers and as a CATV Engineer for the Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan with IGBS. Nikolai also served as a Senior Technical Manager for Sport Management and as a Venue Operations and Broadcast Manager for UEFA. In 2021, they were a Broadcast Venue Manager for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 with Olympic Broadcasting Services, and in 2022, they held the role of Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 Broadcast Venue Manager at Alpine complex for Speed and Tech disciplines at Yanqing National Alpine Skiing Centre. Nikolai also worked as a FIFA Football World Cup 2022 Broadcast Security Expert for the Safety and Security Operations Committee, where they were responsible for key planning documents and operational policies and procedures for state security operations at various broadcast centers and studios.

Nikolai Anishchenko attended Novosibirsk State Technical University from 1999 to 2005. Nikolai pursued a Bachelor's degree in Multichannel Telecommunication Systems and successfully completed the program, earning the title of Engineer.
