Pedro Aires

Pedro Aires has several years of experience in product design and UX/UI design. Pedro is currently working as a Product Designer at UEFA since April 2023. Previously, they worked as a freelance designer in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, Pedro was a Product Designer at Abacum, where they helped create finance software and collaborated with project managers and developers. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Product Designer at UserActive, where they served as a design consultant for SaaS companies, resolving usability problems and creating prototypes. Prior to that, Pedro worked as a UX/UI Designer at Gravity Haus from 2019 to 2021 and as a self-employed freelance designer from 2018 to 2021. Pedro also has experience as a UX/UI Designer at Bliss Applications from 2015 to 2016 and as a UI Designer at Biodroid Entertainment Group from 2013 to 2014. Pedro started their career as a Junior Web Designer at Escola Superior de Comunicação Social from 2010 to 2011.

Pedro Aires obtained a Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia from Escola Superior de Comunicação Social from 2008 to 2011. Pedro then pursued a Post-Graduation in Technology and Digital Art from Universidade do Minho, which they completed between 2011 and 2013. In 2012, Pedro Aires attended School of Arts, Design and Architecture - Aalto University, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in New Media. In addition to their formal education, Pedro Aires has obtained several certifications, including becoming an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in June 2020. Pedro also holds certifications in Agile Foundations, Communicating with Transparency, and Design Thinking from LinkedIn, all obtained in May 2020.
