Penelope Tomasi has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 2002, they interned in the economic service of the Chamber of the French Parliament Presidency, where they organized internships for Senators and managed public relations for the French Senate. In 2003, they worked as a Product Manager Junior on Packs and Subscriptions at Groupe Numericable-SFR. From 2003 to 2006, they served as the Online Marketing and Communication Manager at Camif-Matelsom, focusing on online marketing strategy and white brand development. Penelope then moved on to Fnac, where they held two roles: Marketing & Communication Manager at Surcouf.com and Surcouf E-Business General Manager, overseeing the online business and call center activity. At VistaPrint, Penelope worked as an Associate Marketing Manager for France, managing paid channels and implementing a scientific testing approach for optimization. Penelope later joined Expedia Group, where they held the positions of Marketing Director at HomeAway France and Global Customer Strategy Director - CRM for HomeAway VRBO, where they developed integrated marketing strategies and managed international campaigns. Currently, Penelope works at UEFA as the Senior marketing BI, data & CRM Manager, responsible for building the Fan Data & CRM team and strategy and driving the transition towards a data-driven organization. Penelope'steam focuses on building the right fan data infrastructure, providing data services for internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing data architecture and analytics platforms.

Penelope Tomasi pursued their education at ESCP Business School from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing. Additionally, in 2002, they briefly attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specializing in Marketing, promotion and advertising, distribution strategies, and Market Planning, and received a Bachelor of Marketing degree during this period.
