Stefano Strignano

Stefano Strignano has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stefano began their career as an intern at HP, where they worked as a SAP Technical Support Engineer. Stefano then moved on to work as a Business Analyst for the Torino 2006 Organising Committee, where they were responsible for gathering requirements and defining business processes for various modules. Stefano then joined Visiant as a Consultant, before transitioning to PriceWaterhouseCoopers Advisory, where they worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in IT Governance, Information Systems Security Audits, and Data Management projects.

In 2008, Stefano joined deltatre as a Business Analyst, playing a key role in improving processes, products, and services through data analysis. Stefano also served as the UEFA.com Service Delivery Manager and later as a Project Leader, overseeing the delivery of Broadcaster & Sponsor Services within the UEFA Football Administration Management Enterprise (FAME). In 2012, they briefly took on the role of Euro 2012 Event Services Project Leader.

Stefano then moved to Deltatre as a Digital Operations Consultant, before joining UEFA in 2017. At UEFA, they initially served as a Business Solutions Manager before becoming the Product Owner for the "behind the scenes" operations of the UEFA digital ecosystem. In this role, they managed the data platform providing football data to multiple platforms and partners, as well as the content management system used across the company.

Throughout their career, Stefano has demonstrated a strong focus on IT, digital operations, project management, and delivering business solutions.

Stefano Strignano's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Liceo Scientifico A. Einstein. Stefano completed their studies at this institution in 1998 and obtained a Diploma di Maturità Scientifica. Following this, from 2000 to 2004, Stefano attended the University of Brighton where they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Stefano has also acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they obtained the ITIL v3 certification from THE BRITISH COMPUTER SOCIETY. In 2015, they earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in September 2021, Stefano obtained a Certificate in Football Management from UEFA.
