Dr. Shivdasini S Amin

Dr. Shivdasini S Amin, MCC (ICF), serves as the Committee Chairperson to the Coaching Science and Research Board at uExcelerate since September 2019 and is a Professor at Mahindra University from August 2018 onward. With extensive experience in coaching and education, Dr. Amin has been an Empanelled Coach with Lee Hecht Harrison since December 2017 and held significant roles, including International Director of Education at Coaching and Leadership International Inc. from June 2015 to September 2023. Previously, Dr. Amin worked as an Associate Professor at Mahindra University and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, and also contributed as a Region Head in HR at Transport Corporation of India Ltd. Dr. Amin holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Jodhpur National University, a Master's degree in Business Administration from GITAM Deemed University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
