Caitlyn Dracup

Caitlyn Dracup has a diverse work experience history. Caitlyn currently works at uFinancial Group as the Director of Operations, where they provide support to financial producers and their teams. Caitlyn'sresponsibilities include assisting with tasks, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient workflow for advisors and staff. Prior to this, Caitlyn worked at Wellworks For You as a Wellness Account Manager and later as a Wellness Account Manager - Level 3, specializing in client retention and renewal processes. Caitlyn also supported preferred partner account managers and acted as a resource for other account managers. Caitlyn's earlier roles include Front Office Manager and Recruiter at uFinancial Group, Part-time Office Manager at The 422 Sportsplex, Soccer, Party, and Sports Camp Coach at The 422 Sportsplex, Lacrosse Coach at 380 Lacrosse, and Head Lacrosse Coach at Perkiomen Valley Middle School West. Caitlyn also has a background as a student at Ursinus College.

Caitlyn Dracup completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health and Exercise Physiology at Ursinus College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Caitlyn also pursued minors in Human Performance Assessment, Wellness Education, and Coaching during their time there. Additionally, Caitlyn obtained certifications in CPR & AED from the American Safety and Health Institute in July 2022, and in First Aid AED and CPR from the American Red Cross in July 2018.
