Samantha Massey

Samantha Massey has extensive experience in various roles related to human resources, learning strategy, and instructional design. Samantha currently works at UGI Corporation as the Human Resources Information System Functional Lead, where they are responsible for managing the Recruiting and Onboarding modules within the global SAP SuccessFactors HCM system. Samantha provides business process support, design, and governance, and collaborates with Global Process Owners and HR Services to maintain system documentation. Prior to this, they worked at AmeriGas as a Learning Strategist, developing training objectives and curriculum aligned with project outcomes. Samantha also had roles at UGI Corporation as a Learning Consultant, Office of Change Management, and at Teva Pharmaceuticals, ePharma Solutions, Lernia Training Solutions, United BioSource Corporation, Covance, and Merck in various training, data management, and technical roles.

Samantha Massey holds a BA degree in Art/Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1988 and 1992. Samantha also completed an MA degree in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from Immaculata University between 2000 and 2002.
