Chase Mercer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people technology and human resource management. Currently serving as Associate Director of People Technology at UnitedHealth Group since May 2022, Chase has driven significant productivity increases and backlog reductions through streamlined governance and innovative workforce capacity planning dashboards. Prior to this role, Chase held various leadership positions at the U.S. Coast Guard for two decades, managing multi-million dollar budgets, optimizing human capital management systems, and leading initiatives that achieved substantial cost savings and operational enhancements.
