We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our mechanical division.
Position Description:
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, is capable of multitasking, and has strong attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop cost estimates for piping and plumbing projects based on plans, drawings, and specifications
Analyze bids and recommend solutions
Research applicable codes for projects
Prepare and submit proposals and related documents
Monitor progress of projects and maintain cost records
Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders
Identify and report cost savings opportunities
Assist with post-project evaluations
Performing other duties assigned by the division manager in an orderly and efficient manner
