Agnes Garaba

Agnes Garaba currently serves as the Chief People Officer at UiPath, where responsibilities include leading the people strategy for the global Product and Engineering organization. Prior to this role, Agnes held the position of VP, People at Vancity, overseeing People Consulting and Total Rewards functions. A significant tenure at SAP from 2006 to 2022 included various leadership positions, culminating in Chief Operating Officer of SAP Labs Canada, where Agnes focused on enhancing employee engagement within a large workforce. Additionally, experience at SAP involved regional HR leadership in Southern Europe, Canada, and a recruitment role early in the career at Electronic Arts and Eagle Professional Resources. Agnes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Budapest Business University and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
