Alexandru Nistor

Alexandru Nistor has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. Alexandru most recently worked at UiPath as the Director of Data & Analytics, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Principal DWH Developer at UiPath, where they focused on data architecture for the enterprise data warehouse solution and implemented SOX controls. Before joining UiPath, Alexandru worked at eMAG as a Senior DWH Developer, where they designed, built, and maintained ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and optimized T-SQL queries. Alexandru also worked at Adobe as a Data Analyst (SQL) and License Management Specialist, supporting customer analytics, strategy, and creating a worldwide company database. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Controller at Ipsos Interactive Services, where they improved data accuracy and compliance with production processes, and as a Phone Banker at Royal Bank of Scotland and Raiffeisen Bank.

Alexandru Nistor completed their education at Academia de Studii Economice din București. Alexandru obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banks from 2008 to 2011. Alexandru then pursued a Master's degree in Banks & Insurances from 2011 to 2013. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained several certifications including Sisense First-line Support Course, Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012, SQL Server Integration Services, Google Analytics for Beginners, and Learning Microsoft Power BI Desktop.
