Ashwath Bhat

Ashwath Bhat has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Ashwath is currently employed at UiPath, where they hold the position of Director, Value Engineering since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Principal Value Engineer at UiPath from April 2021 to April 2023. Before joining UiPath, Ashwath worked at WNS Global Services, where they held the role of Senior Consultant (AVP), Solutions & Strategy from May 2017 to April 2021. Ashwath also has experience working at Ericsson as a Senior Solution Integrator from April 2015 to April 2016, and as a Solution Integrator from August 2012 to April 2015. Ashwath started their professional career as an intern at Nandan GSE Pvt Ltd in May and June 2011, followed by an internship at Tata Motors Ltd in May and June 2010.

Ashwath Bhat completed a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in the years 2008 to 2012. Ashwath then pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management with a focus on Operations Management and Finance at the Indian School of Business from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V. and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG.
