Jason Stine has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jason started their career at Microsoft in 2005, where they held various positions including Team Manager, Senior Program Manager Lead, Principal Supportability Program Manager, and Director of Supportability. In these roles, they were responsible for driving resolution of customer and partner issues, defining business strategies, and developing processes to improve customer satisfaction. In 2019, Jason joined UiPath as Director of Americas Global Support, and quickly rose through the ranks to become Vice President - Americas Product Support - Global Readiness. In this role, they lead the Americas Technical Support and Global Readiness organizations, focusing on providing exceptional technical support and customer self-service strategies.
