Gowtham Seshadri

Gowtham Seshadri has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the areas of compensation and benefits. Gowtham has worked in various roles at different organizations. At Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, they served as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, where they developed and implemented total rewards strategies and policies. Gowtham also conducted market research to stay informed about industry trends and designed compensation and benefits plans for senior management.

Prior to this, at City Union Bank Ltd., Gowtham held multiple positions, including Compensation Benefits Manager and Deputy Manager Compensation and Benefits. In these roles, they focused on using data and analytics to inform compensation and benefits decisions. Gowtham also conducted salary analyses and benchmarking exercises to ensure fair remuneration for employees. Additionally, they designed long-term and short-term incentives and played a critical role in HR policy formulation and process improvisation.
