Carrie Horton

Carrie Horton has extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors. At UK Power Networks since August 2017, Carrie has held roles including Programme Management Office Interface Leader for the East of England Capital Programme and Procurement, Work Planner for Distribution Capital Delivery, and Engineering Assistant. Prior experience includes positions as Financial Analyst and Finance and Admin Officer at the University of Essex from May 2015 to July 2017, as well as Finance Officer and Revenue Assistant at Hampshire County Council from December 2011 to May 2015. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies towards an Integrated Masters of Engineering (MEng) at The Open University, completion of a BTEC Level 3 in Electrical Engineering from East Surrey College, and a City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Power Management from Basingstoke College of Technology. Carrie also holds a BA in History from the University of Winchester.
